I was born in Boston Massachusetts just months after the first moon landing. I attended elementary school in Massachusetts, Middle School in Connecticut, and High School in Pennsylvania. I was a multi-sport athlete and an avid skier. I attended NC State University and received degrees in Psychology and Communications. I worked at IBM for a few years and other various jobs for a short time, before deciding to become a teacher. I attended the NC Teach program in Chapel Hill and have been teaching Middle School Math for the past 13 Years. I taught 6th grade at Cleveland Middle for 8 years, 8th grade at Carnage Middle for 1 year, and all 3 middle school grades here at Neuse. I have also coached Boys and Girls soccer and basketball at the middle school level. I live in the Cleveland area with my wife, my daughter Sydney and my Australian Shepherd Brady. I enjoy spending summers camping, fishing, traveling, reading, going to see live music and relaxing by the pool or at the beach.
I was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC and moved to Clayton in 2002. My first love is spending time with my family which consist of one precious daughter, three brothers, four sisters and fifteen nieces and nephews. I am a graduate from NC Central University. I've taught 2 years in Wayne County, and 12 years in Johnston County all fifth grade. I am looking forward to teaching seventh grade and looking forward to another exciting school year.
I was born and raised in a small mining village in Wales, UK. I attended the University of Glamorgan, South Wales and earned a BSc in Electronics and a MSc in Mobile communications. I earned my Post Graduate in Education at the University of Wales, Swansea where I majored in Mathematics. I taught Mathematics for 11 years at St Illtyds Catholic High School in Cardiff, Wales before moving to North Carolina in 2014. I am married to a NCS High School Math teacher and have three grown up daughters, all living in the UK.
